FONTWELL PARK RACECOURSE
BOOKING FORM
There is a brand new Grandstand and a permanent large quality Marquee. Electricity is available for
lighting only. Extension leads brought to the fair must be taped down.
There are plenty of outdoor pitches - pre paid regular pitches can be reserved.
Stalls and pitches are:
PRE PAID (lower price) with reserved pitch or stall
PAY ON THE DAY with reserved pitch or stall
PAY ON THE DAY casual drive-ins
Inside sellers will be allowed in to unload as quickly as possible at 6.30am. Most of the unloading will
take place on the racecourse side of the old Grandstand which is situated between the New Grandstand
and the Marquee. Immediately after unloading please repark your vehicle so that we can get outside
sellers in at 7.30am.
Entrance to Trade £5.00. Entrance to Public £2.50, Under 15's free. Free entrance to all from 3.00pm.
Please do not start to clear until 3.00pm but not if there are still plenty of visitors.
The fair is open to the public from 10.00am to 4.00pm.

receipt and parking slip.
