BOOKING FORM
There are 2 grandstands for inside sellers, the Sussex Stand and the March Stand. The
buildings are not heated however electricity is available for lighting. All extension leads must be
taped down.
There are plenty of outdoor pitches on the hardstanding areas surrounding the Grandstands
and further along the racecourse (the Lennox Stand) where there is ample grass space for
more outside pitches. Inside stalls and outside pitches are available as follows:
PRE PAID (lower price) with reserved pitch or stall
PAY ON THE DAY with reserved pitch or stall
PAY ON THE DAY casual drive-ins
Casual drive-ins are welcome as there is always room to expand and accommodate all sellers.
Inside Sellers please queue in the gravel car park opposite the main entrance. Gates open at
6.30 a.m. for inside sellers to unload and re park as quickly as possible. Outside sellers should
queue on the grass hill next to the gravel car park and will be let in at 7.30 a.m. Parking
attendants will organise the queues.
Open to the public from 9.00 a.m. till 4.00 p.m. Early trade welcome from 6.30 a.m. (please
note on the Sunday fairs selling is not permitted before 7.00 a.m.)
Entrance to Trade £5.00. Entrance to Public £2.50, Under 15’s free. Free entrance to all from
3 p.m.
N.B. Please note if you have a particular inside stall/pitch or outside pitch, this same spot
cannot be guaranteed your own place if two consecutive dates are missed.

at 61c Norfolk Road, Littlehampton, West Sussex BN17 5HE with an S.A.E. to receive back
signed confirmation, receipt and parking slip.
